Blood of a King – Film Shoot at Dougherty Arts Center 9/1/10

Matt held a film shoot at the Dougherty Arts Center on the Odyssey set for the Oracle of Delphi scene.  Topher Bradfield arranged to deliver the Greek column set piece to the theater, and even found a great backup Oracle when the original actress was not able to make it.  An actor from The Odyssey Rock Musical played the Delphi Priest.

Blood of a King -Film Shoot at 360 Bridge over Lake Austin 8/4/10

Matt set up his camera on the southeast cliff overlooking the 360 bridge, and Xerxes and his guards looked over the water from the northwest cliff.  The shoot was at sunset so we had to contend with visitors to the cliffs, but we got some great shots.

Blood of a King – Film Shoot at Sherwood Forest 7/31/10

We held a film shoot at Sherwood Forest in Paige, Texas where we filmed Persians and Scythians marching with horses and King Xerxes’ tent throne scenes.  This shoot was also very hot, but great fun.  Alborz Persian Cuisine donated an awesome spread of food for the actors and crew.

Blood of a King – Shoot at Lake Georgetown 7/17/10
